We have a studio in London SW6 where you can make appointments to see and try on all the hats available for hire. For our address and appointments please contact us: email@example.com
We recommend you make your reservation at least 2 weeks in advance of your event to help guarantee you get your first choice, however during busy periods such as Royal Ascot, the earlier the better!
Prices for hire range from £40-£100. You can either collect and return the hat in person to the studio or we can post or courier hired hats to you. Please note, postage and the courier service is additional to the hire charge.
When you hire a hat you will be required to provide us with accurate, complete and current credit or debit card details for a valid card that you are authorized to use.
By signing up for the service, you authorize us to bill your credit or debit card the applicable hire fees, postage charges and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the hire service.
If the hat is lost, stolen or damaged (including any dents, loss of decoration or water damage) then the amount payable is the retail value of the hat plus the hire charge.
Care should be taken when wearing a hat/headpiece in the rain and should be kept under an umbrella at all times as all hats/headpieces are very vulnerable if subjected to rain.
Once a hat has been taken/posted for hire it is considered a hire even if it has not been worn. There will be no refund.
Hire duration is for five days, with the exception of Royal Ascot week when it is one day only, 8am-9pm. If the hat is not returned within this period, an additional hire charge may be made.
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as you can by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org. The full hire fee will be refunded for cancellations made 14 days before the hire date. The full hire fee will be retained for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the hire date.
